Scientific progress has cast a shadow on man, as technology has entered all his life, and man is now reaping the fruits and benefits of technological development in addition to reaping his pain and bad effects on him. Since the subject of this research is technological development and its impact on the human right to the safety of his body, the need calls for exposure to the concept of the right to physical safety, then the principle of prohibiting financial dealing in the human body, and the legal controls that govern technological development. It also dealt with the technological threat to the human right to physical safety, and finally the legal protection of the human right to physical safety in light of technological development, to find out the positive and negative effects of technological development on human rights in general, which we have highlighted through this research paper.
