This research focused on studying the legal basis for civil and administrative liability for the damages resulting from the use of artificial intelligence systems in the medical field, so it came under the title: The legal framework for responsibility for the use of modern technology in the medical field, it indicated the scope of civil liability for the use of artificial intelligence in the medical field , where he talked about the legal system for artificial intelligence in the medical field, by stating the dispute over granting the intelligent robot legal personality, and the risks involved in granting the robot legal personality. He also referred to the basis of civil responsibility for artificial intelligence in the medical field, speaking about the extent to which artificial intelligence in the medical field is subject to the provisions of traditional responsibility, and the extent to which it is possible to create rules of responsibility for the use of artificial intelligence in the medical field. The study dealt with the scope of administrative responsibility for the use of artificial intelligence in the medical field He referred to the responsibility of medical facilities based on error in the medical field, through the statement of the general framework for the responsibility of medical facilities based on error, and the statement of the responsibility of medical facilities for the error of using artificial intelligence techniques.
