The legitimacy of the medical work that has been replaced by the human body
This brief study deals with the extent to which medical action replaced by abuse of the human body is legitimate by drawing up a definition of the position of the various laws regarding it s protection in preparation for determining the legal basis and conditions on which medical action replaced by abuse of the human body is based Al though this determination is easy in theory , it is very difficult in reality since the practice of this practice is hampered by the principle of infallible bodies on which the constitutions and laws of all states have settled . physicians were burdened with the difficult need to reconcile compliance with this principle with the desire To fulfill scientific ambitions and to contemplate modern methods of Treatment in line with the technological revolution that has broken Through. So that The medical mission could achieve it s goals , because it was so dangerous for the human body. That medicine men would stand in their own minds and wait for the legal profession To define a legitimate one . We have therefore taken care to Put medical work on the legal balance and to clarify the controls unable that must be Taken in order to determine the moment when the doctors responsibility to perform such medical work is fulfilled it was concluded that the Egyptian draft should promulgation of especial law regulation all types of medical activities that affect the human body or amend the provisions of the relevant or ticles to in clued the recommendations that were concluded at the anal of this research .
