Abstract
The importance of research in the Eastern Mediterranean Gas Organization as an international organization (EMGF) is that it is a newly established organization to which the hopes of the peoples and governments of the Eastern Mediterranean region relate to achieving many goals, burdens and tasks for which it was found. and oil and gas extraction, as well as some disputes with other causes
To shed light on the Eastern Mediterranean Gas Organization as an international regional organization and to try to solve the problems that we raised above, the research came on three chapters, an introductory chapter and two other chapters. International jurisprudence through the charters of international organizations, as well as through the opinions of international jurisprudence, in the first topic. As for the second topic, it was to clarify the principles of international jurisprudence supporting and opposing the idea of regional organization as a tool to help the United Nations in maintaining international peace and security, then the first chapter explained the dispute over gas. The eastern Mediterranean and the international legal rules governing that conflict, so the first topic came out giving brief and examples of those disputes, but not all of them were exposed, so it was exposed to an overview of the Israeli-Lebanese conflict, as well as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as well as the Turkish-Greek conflict. On the organization itself, explaining the legal framework of the organization, so the first topic explained that The origin of the organization, its legal nature and its objectives, then it clarified in the second section its organizational structure and its administrative and executive bodies, and it included the last topic about the challenges and obstacles to the work of the organization and then concluded with the results and recommendations
