"Research Summary"
      This research talks about the penalty of confiscation, which began to explain some of the provisions related to the fine as a financial penalty, and to indicate the place and importance of money and how Sharia preserved the money and then showed the meaning of confiscation and its ruling as a financial penalty.
      She mentioned the forms and forms of confiscation in the different systems and its forms in Sharia law, and indicated that it is an original penalty or a complementary preventive penalty.
      AndI clarified the nature of public confiscation or for the public interest, and mentioned the legal opinions indicating that
My method of research was:
-         Attributing Quranic verses to their surahs and extracting hadiths and antiquities to their sources.
-         Defining the vocabulary of research problems.
-         Mentioning the issue, then the sayings of the jurists and their evidence, and giving preference to the most correct with evidence.
-         Then I ended with some findings and recommendations.
