As the world enters a new stage of the technological era, the digital transformation phenomenon has evolved into its current form. We think no one can understand the amount of change the world is going through as a result of such transformation. This transformation has a negative aspect represented by the crimes and the violations of rights of countries and individuals it caused, and a positive aspect represented by making the human life easier and better. That positive aspect reflected on the criminal legislations, as they are the most important tool of the tools the criminal policy uses to achieve its goals. The research addresses the signs of advancement of the legislative aspect the transformation of societies led to use modern technology, and in which the criminal policy found its calling to develop the rules of criminal laws. Not only did the impact of the digital transformation and its early signs lead the criminal legislations to modify their provisions to keep pace with its elements and the opportunities and challenges it poses, but it also led to great transformation in the practical aspects. Therefore, the signs of its impact on the procedures preceding the criminal suit "evidentiary procedures", the procedures of the criminal suit itself "investigation and trial procedures", and the principles of enforcement of penalties manifested. There is no doubt that digital transformation greatly contributes to solving the crisis of criminal justice, either by facilitating the criminal procedures, or emphasizing their effectiveness through supporting the enforcement of criminal judgments, which certainly impacts the success of the criminal justice system.
